The ability to: 1. identify and 2. gather; that which causes or influences
is a paradigm shift of complexity.
The farmer identified and gathered the causes or influences then did
something with them. His theory may have been, "I can win this race if I
just keep on going."
The simplest thing that prevent groups from identifying and gathering is
that each person will do their best individually Vs together.
My attitude causes or influence my efforts. My feelings towards the task
and those involved cause or influence my efforts. My attitude has to cause
or influence working together.
You will read what I have written and because of your individual attitude
at that moment, you will take action.
This simple thing is the complexity of paradigm shifting in action.
This simple thing destroys or causes paradigm shifting.
This simple thing works best where there is trust.
A trusting environment is the best environment for people to be able to
open up.
Everyone needs Air, Water and Food in order to start on this trust issue.
We continue to raise people in condition that will not encourage emotional
stability.
Those in power (may be emotionally unstable too) use others who are
emotionally unstable. I.E., Bombings, kidnappings, riots, mass killings,
mass brutalities.
We have known for generations that air, water and food on a regular basis
will give the person the best change to physically develop. We know that
people need to feel like they belong. We know we need to build trust. This
causes and influences emotional development.
Instead we build a stock market based on actions that deprive people of
air, food and water. That deprive people of being able to feel like they
belong. Depriving people of being able to experience a trust that supports
the survival of all. The attitude of our managers prevent this from
happening daily. Powerful and wealthy leaders facilitate this happening!!!
I will take paradigm shifts!!! When your leader tries to tell you that
this is your responsibility, it will take a paradigm shift for you to say ,
"I will help, but you are the leader, you are the most responsible!!!"
"You, my leader are my first line of contact." " You, my leader provide the
resources."
"Why aren't more resources going towards air, food and water for all?"
"How do you and I build trust???"
Respectfully,
Charlie
