There are some significant differences between the Deming award and the
Baldrige

Primarily, there is no artificial limitation on the number of Deming awards
that can be given out, and there is not necessarily a minimum number either.

Also, the Deming award looks more at processes and long term commitments,
where the Baldrige includes more short term profit issues.
