Denzin's
What a wonderful group of posts on the use of tools and leadership and
management. I have looked forward for the last two weeks to the daily posts
on these subjects. They are such a great example of what Dr. Deming tried to
teach us. One size does not fit all but learning is continuos.
If Dr. Deming were alive today I believe he would have encouraged us to
continue these dialogs so they would apply to the work place today. Maybe
learning is a system and there is no boundary or right or wrong way to do it
as long as you try. I remember one of the statements Dr. Deming used often
which was "it does not matter where you start as long as you start now."
Maybe before getting to a system understanding you need to get your feet wet
with a few analytical tools.
Great job and I look forward to the continuing posts of all of you.
