Re: Jean-Marie Gogue's book

I am very grateful to Dr. Latzko who said (Wed, 07 Mar 2001) that anyone
interested in the use of the Deming philosophy in education should read my
book "La Qualite a l'Ecole" (Economica). Thank you Bill for your kind
comments, which also concern my co-authors Mrs Catherine Cabanes and Mrs
Michele Bailly, who are middle school teachers in the Versailles District.

But there are relatively few people in the world who can read French as
well as Dr. Latzko. Therefore I think that this book deserves to be
published in English. Has anybody got an idea?
