Re: Human Intrinsic Motivation



Dear John,

I asked Jim the meaning of 'non-sequitor'. But I checked your question with
one Chinese dictionary of psychology( the 'motivation' in Oxford Companion
to Mind without this item).
I translated it back some part of it for your reference. ' It is related
with F. Herzberg's direct satisfaction from work itself...'
As for Herzberg's theory, we also had the translation of his  The
Motivation to Work here.
