Too easy! The student is a customer if not the customer. He should
expect joy in learning. I do not mean an absence of hard work, only that
it be rewarding. Deming it seems would have students defer their
fulfilment of joy until they have perspective. I don't buy this argument.
Anonymous questionnaires are but one measure of student satisfaction.
Examine the feedback for insight. Improve where you can and DYB, DYB, DYB.
