Be interesting to see whether there's any consistency in the advice Harry
gets! There's an enormous literature on managing change, including a case
study for every conceivable set of circumstances.

My diagnosis - based on Harry's description - is that there's no
constituency for change. His team have created a better tool, but it's big,
complicated, a bit different and requires some learning ... everyone's too
damn busy dealing with the fires ... and not unhappy with what they've
currently got.

I seem to recall reading a Kotter reference about creating a crisis - if
your sponsor will do it, Harry, get him to declare the old stuff redundant!
Delete it in 10 days time. Watch them all scramble on board?
