I like to pass three questions raised to our Chinese web site to invite
your helps ( I think she raised some interesting issues that actually we
all live in our own language or terminology worlds.) If you like to give

1. What is the difference between 'quality of conformance' and 'quality
of design'?
Can you explain with examples?
2.  What is the 'main differences' between TQM and other  time tested
quality management concepts?
3. Your web site using 'PDSA' and we normally using 'PDCA', what are the
differences between S and C?
