dated 05/04/01, there are three US high dignity warning to
Japanese economic policies at 3/04 in Washington . The

that Japanese hover around economic condition influenced
US and worldwide. The others are the Secretary of Treasury
and Presidential aide. They said the Japanese government
hurry to take the emergency measures and act to structural
reform. Continue this reports, Nippon Keizai evening
newspaper dated 06/04/01, Japanese government decided
decided to take urgent economic measures.

This is true facts, but this is conventional in Japanese manifacuturing
system. The Japanese motor companies include Toyota desired to
parts suplly makers to cost saving 3 to 5% per year. The Nissan
are forced 20% cost saving a few years ago. This system are supported
by Keiretsu.
