West Coast Forum - volunteers needed

DENizens,
 
The Deming folks on the west coast are in the initial stages of planning
a weekend conference for April 18-21, 2002. With a working title of
"West Coast Forum: Creating the New ROI", the theme is still being
developed.  Discussion is evolving around very forward thinking
interests; taking the Deming Philosophy to new areas and levels.

Anyone that has been involved with conference planning knows that there
is need for a lot of folks with a myriad of talents.
 
At a recent planning session, they determined that the following teams
will be needed:
   o Program,
   o Logistics,
   o Publicity and
   o Finance.
 
A core group of about 20 has held several meetings to begin the process
and hopes to gain additional volunteers for the areas above. There is a
working set of topics and potential speakers to be invited.
