Guilty as charged.
My work e-mail now has an automatic return to sender a message that reads
"Thank you for your e-mail it will be dealt with as soon as possible".
Why?, because the Council has issued a performance target to respond to
e-mails within one working day.
A little dodge that I discovered when I e-mailed an address in the
Government's Department of Health - so if it works for them ...
