Re: The value of the DEN

The most valuable of DEN is its 'bridges' functions. Through it, we made many
friends and sometimes feel we are in a community. As I mentioned before that to
some extent DEN made part of us.

One of the theme is the 'unknown and unknowable' rippling effects of DEN. For
examples, I think one subscriber from Taiwan read Dr. Tribus's note on 'Ford
embrace six sigma' and initiated a discussion of it in our local language and I
learned many updated one from the program leader here and others.

We should be proud of DEN and all the contributors of it.
