Ford and six sigma

Hello Group:

There was also a brief article in the Atlanta Counstitution.  Both my
wife's and my reaction to this was that no real change has taken place.
What a tragedy for Ford.  Just think of all of the wasted time and energy
that has flown out of the company since this policy was put in place.
Where could Ford be now if the same amount of time and enengy had been put
into designing better cars and trucks, building better relationships with
their dealerships, and and public.
