I was interested in what you have included in the 'Information system', have
you had a look at the recent works of H. Thomas Johnson's 'Profit Beyond
Measure'. He has some interesting comments to make about the redundancy of
the information factory within businesses operated as natural living
systems, that I think you might find interesting
