  You have your hands full here.
  Dr. Deming want to know the theory, operational definitions, the aim, Why,
the perceived outcome and the method when we had the few dealings with him
andor Toto.  Discussing what the end result will be, do and look like helped
us a little.  Then, backing into the method and reviewing the why.
