Jean-Marie, you said a 'mouth full' when referring to the principles and
reports of the WTO that "these principles do not take into account
psychology of people in the world" ... "the WTO experts are not acquainted
with real people in the world".

The effects of this non-accounting can be summed in one word, "devastation".

Isn't the main effect of the 'Deming Methods' we all love so much the built
in requirement to listen to all, i.e., to hear the 'real people' and have
the tools to answer our needs too?
