RE: Influencing

Ed's question leads me to think about the relationships of self to owns
thoughts. Thoughts, popular and taught do flourish. Using active listening
leads me to these questions.
  1. Having my own thoughts while I am cooperating results in what?
  2. Having my own thoughts while I am competing results in what?
  3. If I am responsible for breaking down barriers and nurturing joy and
pride in work do I have my own thoughts?
I think that unstable personalities may want to cite, "How foolish these
questions are!!!"
"I have my own thoughts because I am in control!!!" "Just ask my
accountants and lawyers!!!"
I am not sure if Microsoft planned to go to court in such a manner.
I am not sure if those involved in our electrical shortage comedy planned
for what followed.
Both business groups are laughing all the way to the bank.
I am sure that Microsoft and those involved in our electrical shortage
have the best intentions. They all are securing quality of life for all the
children in the world.

One of the oldest management thoughts is that if you want something to
happen, make it an emergency.

  Respectfully,

  P. S. If you have experienced the unstable personality jaunt than welcome
to the world of variation. If you have never experienced it then you may be
there and do not know it. Please ask a well liked friend or a professional
for help.
It is the staying unstable there and liking it that destroys our
children's future.
