I recently got fired from a consulting job because I suggested the CEO step
down.  I won't go into the details other than to say the recently installed
spouse of the founder of the company as CEO caused incredible disruption to
the work place, primarily because neither the spouse nor the founder have an
appreciation for a system.  All the help and discussion got nowhere.
