It is awesome!  And I hope you all send a response to the editor.

Six Sigma has become the latest flavor of the month; I find organizations 
adopting it and wanting to integrate it throughout their facilities without 
understanding what it is, why they want to use it, or what the impact might 
be.  The focus on measurements, and the outcomes of system suboptimization 
and the destruction of people is mind boggling (ranking and rating, etc.).

Dr. Deming might have said, "It is a poor substitution for leadership."
