I would defend the question as being a good method to 

	1)  Review Dr. Deming's principles
	2)  Understand the principles, and his line of thinking / logic in
             applying them
	3)  Postulate what conclusion he would have come to.
	4)  Use that postulate to form our opinion

Of course, we need to be careful not to be seen in the light when Hillary
Clinton was going through exercises of "what would Eleanor Roosevelt have
done" . . .
