Dear Denizens,

Who can help me out with a quotation by Ruskin about the cheapest price
tag.  It says something about "Common law of business prohibits paying a
little and getting a lot.....".
I need this for my proposal to management to abolish the practice of
awarding business on the basis of price tag alone.  I will also
appreciate any other quotations, references, URL's etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
