WWW SoPK Introduction Document

Hello Group:

Thanks to everyone who sent comments about my "Introduction to SoPK"
document on the World Wide Web.  I have added some links to additional
explanations from the Variation section.  This is for people who are not
familiar with even the most basic statistical concepts (thanks Linda Hansen
for the suggestion).

Martin Stankard suggested adding details of how the SoPK has changed
businesses for the better. Another idea is to ask some long-established
household-name companies (probably Japanese) to say how Deming's teachings
have formed a part of their corporate strategy.  I have no idea who to
contact to implement these ideas but I will keep them in mind for the
future.

I am still open to ideas for improvement. If you know any (concise) way to
describe or illustrate a part of the SoPK that really "turns people on" to
the Deming philosophy, please let me know. Sources will, of course, be
acknowledged.
