When we quote, why not be more specific and detailed in the context?This is an
important subject. This year  I had two personal experience reading
'statistical data' about life. Even  the statisticians might be confused or
misinterpret them. I am wondering how the 'real' people and other friends read
and interpret them.The poet Shelley wrote "mutability".
