Annual DEN support posting

Once a year, DENizens have the opportunity to voluntarily provide their
support for the DEN.  The amounts and levels of support were determined
on the DEN some time back and remain in effect.

There are those that support annually and request this annual reminder. 
There are also those that do not agree with this process.
