Ok this helps but I think these still do not answer my question about
"unknown causes"--sort of like Deming saying "there are known and unknownable
waste? Can unknowable waste be an unknowable cause?
Just wondering how one refer to something as common if they do not know what
they are? I suppose one can but my mind wants to rejects this view?
