Quality versus Price

u have always talked about the process quality, ie to build quality in the process itself. Its perfect, i understand and appreciate this but talking about product quality is equally necessary. product quality follows process and there are so many heuristics for that if you call them so. but product quality is what is expected by a customer and that need not be the best of product through the best of processes. 

this is my explanation of it...... but somewhere in my mind i'm confused not clear on things when it comes to quality versus pricing.
