RE: Staff Attitude
I think I agree, but I'm not sure with whom I am agreeing. I think attitude
is an important indicator of the health of an organization of people; but
I'm afraid it's hard to define and measure with any accuracy. I am
reasonably certain that it can't be measured with the same accuracy we
measure carbon monoxide from a tailpipe, but I will admit to some ignorance
here--is there some proven (repeatable, reliable) instrument that is
commonly used to measure organizational attitude? (I want to buy stock!)
Best regards to all,
Rip
