The following was sent to me.  What do you think?

Not sure whether you'll be amused or depressed by the juxtaposition in this
extract from a company's response to a recent invitation to bid:

"... is a world class operation with fanatical culture of continuous process
improvement. We are a metric-driven organization, with performance 
scorecards link corporate strategy and operational performance to 
individual compensation. Statistical process control assures 
continuous process improvement and cascading operational metric 
reviews assure awareness, alignment and visibility to operational 
performance".
