1) Deming states "management in any form is prediction" This suggests an
output must occur based upon some process and itself is a process--
2) Deming goes on the say, "optimization of the system requires management
first understand what a system is?"
This suggests something greater thana process adn definable, that it
possesses consistant characterisitics one should expect always to first
recognize as being present-good or bad, or they have no reason to be there
and "only cause waste to the system" (Deming quote)
3)Deming further talked about the fact a system must have an aim and
theory--saying "appreciation of a system--aim, theory,...
Can anybody coorelate these words management and system into a Deming
Management System perspective an individual can gain a solid foundation on.
By "solid" I mean including assignment of values for financial budgeting
purposes so these system characteristics can be minimally cost predicted?
There's that word again-prediction! Can anybody define what a management
system characteristically look like?
