also it is difficult to get experience figures about this kind of models
in use. From the company itself it was very difficult to get figures
about quality costs since a lot of managers work on there own and there
projects, often based on experience but giving low attention to defining
and monitoring activities. One said that there organisation mainly
didn't work that way, so how then to get those statistics done?

I mainly have to float on my own feeling and theories to make my
statements but i would like to prove it with reality. If one is willing
to share this kind of info i could provide some of my material also or
work towards a real useable tool on whatever agreement we can make about
the providing of such material.

It is possible already that the tool i made is accessible through inter-
or intranet with safeguarding and fast updates of figures and graphics
with mathematic notation so that comparisons can be accurate.
 
I am also willing to set up some kind of deal if one is interested in
setting up something of this kind.
