REQUEST: Deming's System of Profound Knowledge

I am a PhD student at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, working
on the Deming's System of Profound Knowledge (SPK) and the 14 point for
Management as core of my research work on Continuous Improvement and its
parallels and synergy with Stafford Beer's Science of Cybernetics. I am
looking for scholarly work that has been published in these two areas in
order to assess other perspectives from scholars who have done research in
these two areas. I have found during the course of my research that of the
four attributes of SPK, Deming is running slightly thin on the fourth
attribute, Psychology. Do you know of anyone who has done some further work
in these areas I have mentioned?
