It so happens that I had dinner this evening with Susan Leddick who, 
with Elaine Torres modified the diagram which Susan said came from 
Niel Postal (?? spelling).  I had asked her to whom I should give the 
credit for the diagram.  Susan said that she modified it and then 
Elaine modified it some more.  I made a few adjustments myself but 
the idea came to me from Elaine.
