My 750 word article, "Community Quality, 9/11 and the Future of the Quality
Management Profession", was just published in the new issue of Community
Quality, the newsletter of ASQ's Community Quality Councils Committee.
Because I discuss a letter Dr. Deming sent to me in June of 1993, I thought
