I have been working with the Waterfront Rescue Mission here in Pensacola for 
the last two years.  The leadership has really moved boldly in the Deming 
approach to management.  They agree that this method is the only one that is 
compatible with Jesus' teachings and life; to be a true servant leader.

We are now at the point of application at the worker level and are in need of 
the Fourth Generation Management series of tapes and accompaning books.  I am 
inviting any of you who have this series to consider donating it or selling 
it at a reduced price for this cause.
