Hello DENziens,

In the Spring 2002 issue of The Quality Management Forum (published by the 
Quality Management Division of the ASQ), there was an article titled "Why 
Best Intentions Fall Short". This article was written by William H. Denney. 
The article discusses effective leadership and references Dr. Deming. It may 
be an interesting and quick read for the DENziens.
