Atlanta Area Deming Study Group June 2002 Meeting

Hello Group:

Jay Jones, Quality Manager for UPS was our speaker.  His topic was "The
Sorry State of Software".

Now if that sounds like an unlikely subject for a Deming study group you
need to preview Jay's presentation.  He incorporated a lot of Deming into
the presentation.  He not only goes through the 14 points to show how not
following the points leads to poor quality, but he also goes into the 7
deadly sins.
