Part of the reaction to terrorism is that we assume it is a special cause 
(s).  Now it is not.  Now terrorism has become common cause.  The waste of 
our tax resources is something I see repeatedly as I travel through airports 
around the world, and in particular in the United States.  Our new "security" 
measures are a hoax, and the dollars being spent are astronomical.  The new 
security is not secure, nor a comfort that terrorists will not achieve their 
goals.
