I say this with a heavy heart. All Senior Management was and is the
problem.
We, as a world, have provided the resources for the situation we are in.
All Senior Managers are responsible for required changes that are
necessary to save all the children of the world, all the changes necessary
that will enable predictable space travel.
I feel the first thing that Senior Managers do is to spread sayings like,
"Quality is everyone's' job."
The slogan needs a method and with a method resources are needed. Senior
Management controls the resources needed to develop and sustain the methods.
Quality of life is Senior Management's job. Then Senior Management will
say, "I can not do anything without my people!"
The burden rests on Senior Management and what hurts me is that Senior
Management does not realize this.
Most Senior Managers are in competition. How can they unite enough to
focus on saving the children of the world or developing predictable space
travel?
Making widgets at a profit is more important than uniting the world and
saving all the children of the world.
The children of terrorists learned how to terrorize in one destructive
way. The children of Senior Managers learn how terrorize in other more
subtle and destructive ways.
How will the rest of the children respond to getting terrorized both of
these ways?
10 to 20 percent of our world population are people who will survive no
matter what. They will be the staff for Terrorists or Senior Managers.
Leaving 80 to 90 percent of the world struggling for survival. Senior
Management has the resources to provide 80 to 90 percent of the world with
joy and pride in work. Senior Management must agree on what, A or The
System of Profound Knowledge means to them. Senior Managers must be a part
of the solution by cooperating with all other Senior Managers.
Respectfully,
Charlie
