My alternate position is to agree with the original posting.  I do not see 
where the original posting supported a "Nike philosophy". If we (the DEN) 
want to influence behavior of those outside of our academic world, our 
theories need to be communicated in a palatable format to those that have not 
acquired a taste for studying the SoPK.  I believe the original posting was 
bringing light to the application and delivery of our efforts in 
collaboration with (not competing with) the understanding of the SoPK. IMHO, 
creating an easy to understand message takes a significant amount of thinking 
and effort.

If our aim is internal to the DEN, then we do not need to be concerned with 
the application of our theories or an external communication that is more 
easily understood.
