This sounds like a good idea. Should we just leap in and start doing it ? I
don't see how that would be possible. So perhaps should try to plan.

A good formula for planning something is the PDSA cycle (surprise surprise).

Perhaps we should try that.

Our theory might go something like - "If we brainstormed how to get the
message out in a way that causes people to perk up we might learn something
of use."

Is that a reasonable theory ? Could that be tested. What might be an
alternative better theory ?

Then we might think about how to test it.

What would the process be? How would we know for instance when it was over?
What data could we gather that would inform our theory. i.e. tell us if we
got what we thought we would get?

And so on.

I have a standard structure for a PSDA cycle which we could use, if that is
helpful.
