I am working on publishing a new book through ASQ Quality Press. The
book is focused on developing an integrated approach to quality and
customer satisfaction to drive business results.=20

The tentative title of the book is:=20

Making Sense of Management Fads & Quality Standards (ISO 9000, Six
Sigma, Baldrige, ERP, Knowledge Management, Process Re-engineering,
etc.)=20

I am interested in talking to companies who have successfully integrated
a number of different quality standards and best practices such as ISO
9000, Baldrige and Six Sigma to create a well integrated approach that's
aligned with driving business results. I'm looking for case studies and
lessons learned in particular.=20

If anyone has any experiences that would be worthwhile for me to
consider, I would love to hear from you.=20
