Hello Group:

MBO is alive and sick.  I recently visited with a couple of companies and
can report that the concept of MBO is alive and well and being used in
companies.  It is being mixed in with some quality concepts, but the result
is that individuals are in business for themselves and managing their
numbers for their own benefit and not that of the company.
