Shining example.

Fellow DENizens, 

In stumbling through a search for Shewhart material, I came upon what I
believe to be one shining example of how much influence Deming and Shewhart
have had in our world.

I found that Dartmouth University has a class curriculum which is entitled
THE CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH CARE: AN OVERVIEW

I found it fascinating reading, and the professor gives proper credit where
credit is due.

See what you think. I hope we will find that there are similar examples out
there that we may not know about just yet.
