The point is the existence of the zero sum game for people who are in the profession of law. Not that they are bad people, but the system drives the zero sum thinking. I think the original post that Lawyers are predominated by the zero sum thinking was taken as a personal attack. It was only a point. Do people who are in the profession of management have the same mental model? Zero sum is the predominant mental model. Why would we need to see things as an interactive system of components if we weren't predominated by win-lose thinking?
The most important system is our system of thought. It creates our world. There is no experience without theory is there?
