RE: Need to see a Deming Success

  My theory on this:
We are a ritualistic society. Senior Managers have yearly rituals.
Travel, seminars, looking for the new methods to take into the business in
order to improve the business. These are part of the yearly ritual.
Finding the Deming Philosophy would end the quest and cause ritual
changes.
The Deming Philosophy requires senior managers to embrace conditions that
are ritual busters.
The education and training systems along with consulting networks,
encourage yearly rituals that our senior managers follow.
The fact that not ONE company or organization can incorporate and maintain
the entire Deming Philosophy would support part my theory as being
accurate.
Other factors such as needing time for 3 generation of senior management
to change out. We have University Level Deming Education going on.
I think that Harvard and Yale must take this onboard if there is to be
hope for quicker success.

Trainer training trainer or in this case manager training manager will
only prolong the shift.

How could I they know??? (The New Economics ISBN-0-911379-07-X, pages 14
through 17, then on to chapter 4, page 92).

Our egos will ruin the American and soon our World businesses.

One of the Senior Management's most critical responsibilities is to
provide more jobs. This indicates to me that Senior Management must work
with Colleges and Universities to develop the educational needs in order to
prepare for providing more jobs.
  Respectfully,
  Charlie
