Within the three standard deviations, using probability, all children are
born wanting to learn.
We as grownups, provide an environment where up to 80 percent of our
children give up on learning.
What is it that we grownups do?
Moving further upstream in the process.
What type of environment does a child need in order to feel positive
support towards learning while the child is developing inside the Mother?
Our Senior Managers throughout the world will not take these issues to
themselves and the public.
On major thing. "Reading is Fundamental,".
This is hogwash! If it is so fundamental, why isn't more school time
devoted to bringing reading levels up for each student. If a child needs to
take reading courses instead of math or science, so be it. The math and/or
science will be learned later, if the child is able to read and understand
and retain. Even if a child goes up through the high school age to finally
be able to read and understand and retain, so be it!!!
If children are neurological challenged or sense challenged (Blind people
who cannot read Braille because they are not tactile enough) toward reading,
what will society do for the child? Physical, mental, genealogical,
environmental reasons cut success out of the picture for 79.4 percent or
more of our children.
At best, 20 percent of the nations read well and regularly and want to
read more.
We have failed to support 79.4 percent of our children because we are not
trying to identify what it is that slows the child or prevents the child
from being successful in reading.
It is like accepting a red bead in with white beads and not finding and
avenue for usage.
If the red beads are part of the incoming and we have accepted that, then
how do we benefit all in the use of the red beads?
TO MAKE IT WORSE:
We as a world are working in white bead factories. Knowingly or
unknowingly we are using red paint brushes on the white beads just as they
are received into our plants (Countries).
Knowingly or unknowingly we are painting all but 20 percent of the beads
red.
Respectfully,
Charlie
