This is the tip of the iceberg. The Resource owners/controllers must be
open enough and the leaders creative enough to Study, Act, Plan, Do for
continual improvement that in itself is discontinuous. "Quality to the
plant manager means to get the numbers out and to meet specifications. His
job is also, whether he knows it or not, continual improvement of processes
and continual improvement of leadership (OOTC: ISBN 0-911379-01-0; PAGE 168,
lower half of the page).
Building trust and devoted fellowship bonds us so we establish constancy
of purpose.
In the part of the iceberg, below the waters, are all the social
activities, rituals, hidden agendas, dreams, peace builders, harmony
builders, happiness builders etc.
The beauty of sharing is that it is in need of continual/discontinuous
maintenance.
Thanks for being there!
Charlie
