Thanks for pointing this out, Wayne. I think we should all write to the HBR
on this point. The more people they hear from, the more likely they are to
publish one of our letters. I would encourage us all to include a statement
in our letters regarding what Dr. Deming's philosophy *is*, not just that it
*isn't* a fad.
