Using a 1958 Shewhart article

DENizens,

I have received a PDF file of a 1958 article by Walter Shewhart:

Title: Nature and Origin of Standards of Quality
Author: Walter A. Shewhart
Source: Bell System Technical Journal, Vol. XXXviii, Number 1, January 1958

Sometime, somewhere, over the last few years, a DENizen that worked in a 
library contacted me with information about getting permission to use a 
Shewhart article.  The mists of time cloud things, so it may or not have 
been the same article.

So a specific and a general question.  First - if that person is still out 
there - could you drop me an e-mail?  Secondly - does anyone on the DEN 
have a Bell connection that might get us permission to post this article on 
the DEN web site?
