Article on Japanese getting into airplane building

On page 58 of the November 2002 issue of "AOPA Pilot" is a one page article
about the possibilities of the Japanese getting into aircraft production.
One paragraph, in referring to Toyota's 100 year plan states "The plan is
rooted in the teachings of W. Edwards Deming . . . Deming's thumbprint is
everywhere in every Japanese product".  The article predicts "a storm" of
Japanese aircraft hitting the market.
